Dear Residents,
Trees or branches from your property leaning onto KSEB power lines must be trimmed or removed at the owner’s expense, and the owner will be responsible for any power disruption, short circuit, or fire caused by them. If a tree on your property falls and damages a neighbour’s house or property, the tree owner is legally responsible for providing compensation. Please take necessary precautions and remove any such hazardous trees or branches immediately.
